During the COVID year 2020, we developed, designed, and delivered the recharge & grow programme. We dedicated ourselves to the topic of well-being and personal growth, and introduced a programme that would help people to reconnect with themselves again, and recharge & grow.

THE CHALLENGE

While being on the mission to make a positive impact during these challenging times, we discovered that many employees were longing for moments to recharge again. Instead of hosting ‘another branding workshop’, we created a programme that would help people to recharge & grow. We developed an interactive online format that allows the participants to experience mindfulness, emotional agility, and resilience in theory and practice. In fall 2020, the programme was launched and strategically communicated via Instagram, LinkedIn, and Eventbrite.
