[STA-SHA] is a contemporary womenswear brand founded in 2015 by Croatian designer Staša Randall, based in London, UK. STASA primarily focuses on sustainability and environmentally friendly textiles. The collections are designed in London and made in Croatia, in partnership with a local manufacturer.
How can we show STASA’s values more through her communication and sustainably grow her brand and business? We decided to develop a digital process book that captures every step in words and designs, reveals the core of the current collection, and provides guidance for her communications. By being more transparent and coherent, we strengthened the brand from the inside out. During each coaching session, we clarified, strategised, and grew Stasa’s brand and business.
